    How warm does it really get?

    Three heat levels to choose from. Level one is just above body temperature, perfect for staying cozy all evening. Level three feels like a warm heating pad on your back. Each button press moves up one level, while the display shows your current heat setting.

    What is it made of?

    Made with soft 280 g/m² plush fleece on the outside and cozy cream-colored Sherpa lining on the front, hood, and sleeve cuffs. The heating panels are tucked between the layers, so you feel warmth—not wires.

    Is it safe to fall asleep in it?

    The heating panels run on low-voltage power from a USB power bank, not directly from an outlet, and the heating automatically switches off after a set time. Still, treat it like any heated product and use the lower heat settings if you might fall asleep.

    Can I wash it?

    Hand wash only, never machine wash. First disconnect the controller and remove the power bank. Then hand wash in cold water with mild detergent and hang to dry. Do not machine wash, tumble dry, wring the heating panels, or iron over them.

    How long does the battery last?

    Up to 10 hours on level one and around 4 hours on level three with the included power bank. Any USB power bank you already have works too, so you can keep a spare one charged and ready to go.
